John Powers
Born and raised in the US, John has been a resident of the North Shore for over 14 years. Having lived all over the world as part of the upbringing in a military family, John was immediately struck by the beauty and strong sense of community on the North Shore and knew this was the place he wanted to call home. John is excited to put his skills as a licensed realtor to work and looks forward to the opportunity of helping his clients realize and achieve their real estate goals.
After graduating from Virginia Tech University, John came to Vancouver where he worked for several years as a Project Manager in both the Film and High Tech industries, most recently as a Development Manager for Electronic Arts Canada. Through this, John developed and honed valuable negotiating, communication and organizational skills that serve his clients well in obtaining the results they desire in real estate. With a strong understanding of the local market and an unwavering commitment to delivering the best service possible John has developed a strong reputation as a professional and detail-oriented Realtor who measures his success by the satisfaction level of his clients.
John and his wife Stacey are thrilled to be residents on the North Shore and look forward to raising their growing family here in the local community.
